•Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The customer has the right to cancel the order and get a refund if its arrival is delayed for more than 15 days.
•The customer has the right to return or exchange the defective item within 3 days of the date of receiving the product, and the store bears the costs of return or exchange.
